The tower form was derived from overlapping view cones that create different maximum building heights on the site. The 18,500 sqm mixed-use building – containing retail, restaurant, and medical office space – forms the south Gateway to the revitalized Surrey City Centre. The curved tower sits atop a three–storey glazed and metal-paneled podium, which cantilevers over the passenger drop-off area.
