Brighton Place Residential Tower
Brighton Place is an infill high-rise shared with an existing multi-family tower and underground parkade. Innovative design and site planning were required to accommodate the new 27-storey tower within overlapping volumetric easements. The tower is tapered, with the narrow side facing the existing city to minimize its impact on views. A contemporary palette of large format concrete blocks and metal panels are proposed. A large top-floor amenity room and deck provide a picturesque 360-degree view of the Lower Mainland.
